Commandment Chain (戒めの鎖 Imashime no Kusari) is a binding spell cast by Shamal with the wires of Klarwind's Pendelform.
Notable uses
In StrikerS (ep.23), Shamal casts to bind Otto from escaping. After Otto breaks the wires, it is cast again like the thin and parallel Restrict Lock together with Zafira's Steel Yoke to incapacitate her.[1]
Variations
Commandment Rope is presumably the base version of the spell used in The MOVIE 2nd A's.
